The team worked with the client on preparing a one-page letter to accompany their writing portfolio. To ensure that the client’s introductory letter effectively captured their unique voice and aims as a writer, the team assisted the client with including analyses and self-expressive sentences. The Process:At the start of the project, the client presented J&B with three of their strongest writing pieces. The team carefully reviewed each piece of writing and helped the client identify overarching themes and motivations within their work as a writer. Next, J&B assisted the client with structuring and formatting their writing portfolio. The team then worked with the client on preparing a one-page letter to accompany their portfolio that comprehensively addressed each piece and how they viewed it in relation to their entire body of work. At the end of the project, the team carefully reviewed and polished the client’s portfolio so that it would be ready for submission.
