1. I have failed the essay assignments. Can you help me?

-> Yes, it is possible. Many of our clients who maintain a steady relationship with J&B did not get the desired score in the essay assignment or experienced a failure, so it is the first time they contact us. Some of these clients come to J&B because they were dissatisfied with their communication/consulting experience with other companies. We, fully understand the client's situation by gathering information from the info and pre-consulting sessions. Then we provide customized consulting on the matter. If there is an opportunity to resubmit the assignment, we will help you rewrite it after analyzing your scores and feedback. 2. I have no idea for an essay, and I don’t know how to write it.

-> At the pre-consulting session, there is a procedure for reconfirming the essay guidelines and subject syllabus share by you in advance. A consultant who understands the big picture through the course syllabus will suggest some topics (if applicable), and you can tell us what the professor emphasized in class. Ideas and background information on the topic are prepared by J&B, and we help you complete the draft so that the ideas and background information can be well incorporated into the essay. The process of incorporating ideas and information will be different depending on the option you choose.

3. I want to get good grades. Is it possible?

-> Yes, there are many ways to get a satisfactory score with J&B. Consulting is carried out after carefully checking your guidelines, syllabus, and rubrics first, and a consultant skilled in the green program provides overall help with your essay. In addition, there is a procedure to receive feedback from the grader (professor or TA) after completing the first draft. Reflecting this feedback, the final draft is prepared. Most of our clients who have worked with J&B have obtained the desired score and feedback through the above process.

4. The deadline is close. Can I request consulting?

-> J&B's basic consulting configuration is at least 3 weeks. 3 weeks is the minimum consulting time that J&B has confirmed through numerous experiences. However, if your essay schedule is tight, after a separate discussion, the consulting process can be shortened to fit the schedule as much as possible.

5. How can I communicate?

-> For our new clients, we communicate with J&B's client service department through Kakao Talk, e-mail, and phone inquiries. Consultations are communicated in English or Korean. Afterward, we will introduce our business process through an info session (1:1 virtual meeting) and discuss the direction of the essay consulting for the client. After that, if you proceed with a project with J&B, you will be given a personal communication page using our internal platform, where you can communicate with each staff member in charge of the client management team and the essay consulting team at your convenience.

6. Is J&B a reliable company? Will my essays be well maintained?

-> We, J&B, have a tracking system for the first time in the industry, providing the convenience of continuously tracking the current status of the essay. In addition, the security of the essay has been strengthened through the personal page of the internal platform that only client can access. The Essay Consulting Team (ECT) uploads your essays according to the schedule for each step, and you can check them at any time. Essays are the intellectual property of our clients, and J&B considers security as our top priority as much as the quality of our essays.

7. I have an assignment on a regular basis, can I consistently get help?

-> Yes, it is possible. Most of the clients who use our consulting services benefit from a more reasonable cost and priority reservation system (considering your schedule as top priority) by using the package program. After using the consulting service once, you can receive the same service with a 10% discount quote from the second time. -> Pre-consulting session에서 고객님께 미리 공유 받은 에세이 가이드라인과 과목 syllabus를 재확인하는 절차가 있습니다. 과목 syllabus를 통해 큰 그림을 이해한 컨설턴트가 몇가지 주제를 제안 (if applicable) 드리며, 고객님께서는 수업시간에 교수님께서 강조했던 사항을 말씀해 주실 수 있습니다. 주제에 관한 아이디어 및 배경지식은 저희 J&B에서 준비해 드리며, 해당 아이디어 및 배경지식이 어떻게 에세이에 잘 녹여들 수 있게 draft를 완성하는지는 선택하신 옵션에 따라 다르게 도움 드립니다.

-> 최초 고객의 경우 카카오톡, 이메일, 전화 문의를 통해 저희 J&B의 고객상담부와 소통을 하게 됩니다. 상담 언어는 영어 또는 한국어 입니다. 이후 info session (1:1 virtual meeting)을 통해 저희 업무 절차를 소개해 드리고, 고객님 에세이 컨설팅 방향성 등에 대해 함께 논의 하게 됩니다. 이후 J&B와 프로젝트를 진행하실 경우, J&B의 내부 플랫폼을 이용하여 고객님 개인 소통 페이지를 부여 받으시고, 이곳에서 고객상담부, 에세이컨설팅부의 각 담당 staff와 24시간 소통이 가능 합니다.
